Personalization: All personalization is included in the pricing. We engrave gifts EXACTLY as written on the order. If you write your order in all CAPS we engrave in all CAPS, etc. Products are done in font pictured. Changes to an order cannot be made to an order once submitted, so be sure to verify all information closely before submitting. If the order has not gone into production we can make a change for a fee of $25.00.
Shipping: We try to ship all engravable gifts in 2-3 business days. Please Note: Orders for this item may take up to 2-3 days to process before shipping, regardless of shipping method chosen, unless RUSH PERSONALIZATION is added.
Make sure to place orders 3-4 weeks in advance if you need your gift by a specific date. If your engraved gift is needed sooner than 3-4 weeks from the order date, an upgrade to expedited shipping (Next Day, Second Day, Three Day, etc) and/or the RUSH PERSONALIZATION option ($25 fee) is advised.
By adding this RUSH PERSONALIZATION option, your order will be engraved and shipped within 24 business hours. This does not mean that your order will arrive to you within 24 business hours, UNLESS you choose Next Day Air shipping AND the RUSH PERSONALIZATION option.
Defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please remember that nothing will guarantee your engraved gift will ship out within 24 business hours unless the Rush Personalization is applied, regardless of ship method. This item must ship UPS!
