To do this, simply add the items you wish to order to your online shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click the SHOPPING CART link in the top navigation to view your cart. From the shopping cart page you can choose the shipping method you want and calculate the shipping costs. Indicate on your order form which shipping method you chose and the shipping cost.

We do not charge sales tax on any orders except for shipments to the state of Pennsylvania. PA does not charge sales tax on food items, all other items such as teapots, tea chests, etc., are consider taxible in the state of Pennsylvania. All pre-made gift baskets that contain food items are also considered taxable.
Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.

Shipping Candy
NEXT DAY AIR must be chosen for all clotted cream, candy, and cookies with chocolate during the months of March through October to guarantee the items will arrive to you in good condition. We do pack ice packs with these items however, it only lasts 24-48 hours. If you choose not to send your candy and chocolate NEXT DAY AIR, Online Stores, Inc. will not be responsible for the condition in which your candy or chocolate arrives to you. We will not authorize any reshipping nor will we authorize any credits to replace melted chocolate or candy if you do not choose NEXT DAY AIR. Please be aware we will not ship candy or chocolate via Next Day Air on Fridays and we will not ship Second Day Air after Wednesday, if you choose ground shipping your product will only ship Monday through Wednesday depending on which part of the USA you live in. We will not guarantee the condition of candy and chocolate that ships to and APO or to Canada.
Proof read your order carefully. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
If you ship to a P.O. Box with no street address, and you select a shipping method other than USPS, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground shipping, and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service. Online Stores Inc. also reserves the right to change your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.
If your address is invalid and any correction needs to be made by Online Stores Inc. or any of our carriers, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground or economy service and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service.
Undeliverable & Refused Packages
If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proof read your typing before continuing.
WASHING OR DEFACING ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM ONLINE STORES, INC AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES AS NON-REFUNDABLE NON-RETURNABLE

DEFECTS: Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Online Stores,Inc. will exchange the defective item(s) if reported within 14 days. Some items may have a natural flaw which is not considered a defect. Online Stores, Inc. will not be liable for defective items NOT reported within the 14 day policy.
Food products and candy are not returnable. Opened tea is not returnable.
You can return unused goods within 14 days of receipt for any reason. We will credit you the full amount of the goods value but not the shipping charges.

Most orders usually ship by the end of the next business day.(Effective 3/09/2007) Deadline for orders requiring UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select delivery is 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday.
